We prioritize the safety of our customers and actively advocate for responsible alcohol consumption. If you have concerns about alcohol-related issues or feel that you may be at risk of developing such problems, we encourage you to take advantage of our self-exclusion option, which is available for both our instore and online services.
WHAT DOES SELF-EXCLUSION MEAN?
Online self-exclusion means that you will not be able to purchase alcohol through our online services and our in store managers will be made aware, and if you wish to visit the store they will assist you in completing an in-store exclusion agreement.
WHAT IF I WANT TO REVERSE MY SELF-EXCLUSION?
To reverse your request to self-exclude, please email info@telopealiquormart.com.au. Your account will undergo a review, and you can expect to be contacted within the next several business days.
